How to Order Chainmail
NOTE: We handcraft our products to order, but orders are shipped within a week of payment verification.

Make sure cookies are on. If cookies are not on in your browser, our system can't remember your selections.
Specify the options you want using the pull-down menus.
Add to your shopping basket by clicking the  "ADD" icon or button
near the item you want. You can always remove it later.
View, Change or Delete your selections on the Shopping Cart page.

Begin the order process by clicking the "Proceed to CheckOut" button on the Shopping Cart
page. Choose your payment method and fill in order information. Shipping and tax calculations can't be done without at least the state/country.
Submit or Print the Review page which will have done the calculations and displays the information
we'll need to fill the order.
Via Mail, Fax or Phone
Your personal information does not need to be submitted by the internet. Follow the instructions above
to make sure all of the information needed to fill your order is present. The Review page becomes a printable order
form with all the item and address information we need to complete the order.
We do prefer you submit this page over the internet so we'll know what we need to make, but it may instead be printed
and mailed along with your payment. Include your signature authorizing the charge if mailing or faxing a credit card order.
If you didn't completely fill in the first order page, you'll have to write it all out neatly to send with your payment.
Do not send orders with no address information or with altered prices.
If you do hit the submit button, no printing is required, just reference the resulting order number when you send your payment.
We will have your selections and submitted information on file. This will also enable you to keep track of your order through
our Status page.

Accepted payment types, shipping charge breakdown and general delivery times can all be
found on our Order Information page.
We make our creations with such a large variety of options that keeping track of them all can be confusing even to us. If you
wish to phone in your credit card information, please submit your item choices, general area and an email address through our system.
This will calculate shipping and final total, and you will only need to tell us the order number instead of going through each
item and option.
Your Email Address
We now require an email address as that is how we contact customers concerning order questions and problems
so please check your privacy settings. We do allow free email account addresses, but their untraceable nature requires
more scrutiny.
